Payment Types
Zenith Cutter accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards for orders placed through our web site.

Returns
If not completely satisfied, parts may be returned within 30 days from shipping date for a full refund, less freight charges, subject to inspection. All returned merchandise must have authorization from Zenith Cutter, prior to being returned. Please write or telephone and tell us what you would like to return and why you want to return it. You will be issued a returned goods number, which must be included, along with a copy of the original invoice when your return is made.

Returned items must be in good resellable condition. Credit will be issued after merchandise has been received and inspected by Zenith Cutter A 15% restocking charge will be made on all returns for reasons other than shipping error or warranty merchandise. The customer is responsible to pay freight on all returns.

Shortages and Claims
Please check merchandise immediately upon receipt and report any error at once. If a part of shipment is missing or received in poor condition, please note this fact on the carriers' delivery receipt and make claim with carrier promptly.
